Thinking about learning something new? We can help you get started. Our courses are friendly, flexible, and easy to join. You do not need exams or qualifications.

What is tailored learning?
Tailored learning is:
- short, flexible courses designed around your needs
- non‑accredited (no formal qualification)
- a step towards further learning, work, or personal goals
These courses can help you:
- build confidence
- get ready for further learning or work
- improve English, maths, digital, or other skills
- improve your health and wellbeing
- take part in your local community
What can I learn?
We offer courses in:
- IT and digital skills
- English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)
- Everyday Skills in Maths and English
Where and when?
Courses take place in local venues in Brighton & Hove. All courses are daytime; times vary depending on the course.

Our courses are free or low-cost. We can help you check if you are eligible

After your course, you can:

- apply to a qualification course
- prepare for work
